Nice location,decent manager but not nice staff. The staff are not doing well when the manger is absent!!

A hotel that there is no way to get in touch with can't be a 5 stars hotel. As i'd been trying to contact them with tens of phone calls and an e-mail without any kind of answer, however it still a very good value of money, great beach, ok breakfast, checking in in no time.

Abdo was very helpful and made our experience in Dahab amazing with all the activities that he made easily accessible. I had an incident with my leg after stepping on an urchin but they made sure I was fine afterwards

A lovely hotel in a convenient location. Unfortunately, the drop in tourism due to the political climate and over cautious Home Office alert level has meant cuts had to be made. The new British manageress is doing a sterling job against heavy odds. Prior to her arrival, it had been left to 6 young male staff to run so lacked the watchful eye of a professional manager/ess. Thus, details had been over-looked, e.g. decaying sun-umbrella sitting abandoned on a terrace, wobbly loo seats, soap dispenser refills etc. That said, I think she'll soon have it licked into shape.
