The black box is a nice concept but lacking on delivery. The kitchen doesn’t have basic components - not just salt & pepper, but a dish towel, paper towels, and other essentials. The black box sleeps a lot of people and is a good place if you just want to sleep, but it’s not walkable to any restaurants or shops - you have to drive. There was also a black sweatshirt left on the couch - which makes you wonder about attention to cleanliness. If someone is missing their sweatshirt it is hanging in the broom closet. Overall nice place with lots of beds, but nothing else around except houses.

"Absolutely little to no parking options, and no information on how or where to park from the landlord’s. Their website was down for the parking information.
