Pretty sure language barrier was the issue, but can't know for sure if there are non smoking rooms available. The bathroom is tiles with slippery when wet shiny marble. I almost slipped and busted my rear twice. The bed wasn't comfortable and the room never really got to a low enough temperature to be comfy.
