We had a very pleasant one night stay! It was wonderful to arrive to a nice, very large, well-lit, clean room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It even included a very nice massage chair, an LG Styler steam closet, a big jetted tub, and a PC system. The check-in was fast and the customer service was excellent at the front desk.

Daegu Encore Hotel June 2022
Large bed and massage chair in tje family room were amazing. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was large and made it easy to give our 2 year old a bath. Hotel is kept clean and is in a industrial park that is nice and quiet at night. Has a really nice Korean traditional style cafe across the street. There are a few restuarants on the same block as the hotel. The Japanese restuarant was great. Hotel is about 3km drive from a apartment tower and small downtown area with plenty of food options. English fluency and menus in the area are sparse.

Can hardly be called a resort
Trash all over the back parking area. Smoking in the building. Water dripping in the stairway. Dust and old things in the hallway. Dust in the corners and kitchen tops. Sink still dirty. Blankets smelly and unwashed but folded for reuse. TV not working. Toilet paper ran out after a few uses.

Overall great.
Had a great experience. The room is spacious and facilities are great. Very quiet area. The only downside was the cigarette smell in the bathroom, it wasn’t from our room , but coming probably from the room below us.

Second time staying here. We walked in and didn’t even have to say anything. The gentleman handed our room key and we were on our way up. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is also spacious. Easy access to highway. Definitely will continue to stay here.

My stay here was amazing. While the hotel itself is away from some of the major attractions in daegu the neighborhood nearby does have shopping, a cinema, and restaurants. The nearest subway station is about 30-40 minutes away if you walk, but by taxi it is about 7 minutes away. It was clean, friendly staff, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

전체적으로 깔끔은 하나 침구류가 지저분함 베개커버를 안갈았는지 냄새도 났고 침대커버도 세탁은 됐으나 먼지나 얼룩 그리고 털도 그대로 묻어 있어서 기분 나빴음

가성비는 좋으나 청결은,,,
가성비는 너무 좋으나 진짜,, 청결에 신경쓰서야할것같아요, 구석구석 머리카락에 먼지에 과자 부스러기에 그냥 돈 좀 더주고 다른데 갈껄 싶었어요.

청소 불량
청소 상태 불량, 지난번에도 느낀 부분이지만 침구류 교체 안 하는 것 같음 몇 일 동안 똑같은 모양의 흔적이 침대 시트에 남아 있음

안녕하세요, 앙코르호텔입니다.일단 청소로 인해 불편함을 느끼게 해드려 죄송합니다.청소 후 직원들이 객실 체크를 이중으로 하고 있는대도많이 미흡했던것 같습니다. 죄송합니다.침구류 교체 부분은 머무신 날짜 확인 해 보니 하루 밖에 머물지 않으셨는데 몇 일 동안 똑같다고 하시니 어떻게 말씀을 드려야 할 지 모르겠네요..참고로 말씀드리자면저희 호텔의 경우 매일 아침 전문 세탁업소에서 들어오는 살균/건조 된 침구류로 매일 매일 교체하고 있으며, 대실도 판매를 하지 않는 호텔 입니다.
