We had a very pleasant one night stay! It was wonderful to arrive to a nice, very large, well-lit, clean room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It even included a very nice massage chair, an LG Styler steam closet, a big jetted tub, and a PC system. The check-in was fast and the customer service was excellent at the front desk.

For a business hotel, they didn't have a working computer in the room. Staff also did not know how most of the technology that they had worked.

If I could give it a 0 stars that would be more fitting. No one was available at any point. Extremely unhelpful! And they stole our honey!

Wifi was awful. Kept cutting off which in turn froze the tv. Spent at least 15% of the night resetting the tv. Lobby had a continuous stink to it that lasted the entire time. When you get off the elevator it smacks you in the face. Full of busloads of Chinese toursists. Watching them act like tourists was kind of disappointing. Throwing trash on the ground, etc.

조식은 너무 맛이없어 아주 조금만 덜었지만 그것도 먹다가 도저히 못먹어 버렸음. 아침 6:30부터 진공 청소기 소리에 숙면을 못함

#### 그래도 조용해서 좋았네요. 재숙박 의사 있음

패밀리룸 711호 배수가 거의 안되요. 샤워했는데 슬리퍼가 둥둥\~ 한참의 시간이 흘러야 물이 내려가요. 칫솔,치약은 별도 구매하셔야 합니다

와\~ 여기 완전 대박\~\~ 제가 드릴 수 있는것이 별 5개 밖에 없다는것이 호텔 다니며 처음입니다. (10개 주고 싶음 ) 청결은 물론이고 시설이면 시설, 친절이면 친절. 뭐 하나 빠지는것이 없는데, 아침 식사는 또 왜 이리 맛난지\~\~. 한식과 양식을 과 하지 않게 먹을 수 있었고 특히 한식요리하시는 쉐프가 누구신지 음식 솜씨가 끝내주네요. 가성비를 따지기에는 여기는 그 수준을 뛰어 넘어요. 한국을 방문 할때는 앙코르 잊지 않겠습니다. 추신: 앙코르호텔 스텝님의 친절에 깊은 감사드리며 방안에서 호캉스 제대로 하고 돌아 갑니다.
