Sandy beach, kayaks Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom/2-bath home just steps from the white sandy beach, massive boathouse, docks, picnic areas, BBQ grills, fire pits, and children’s swing set. Located in a quiet slough—perfect for safe swimming and floating with minimal boat traffic. This location on the lake is ideal with convenient access to marinas, restaurants, boat ramps, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, hiking, lake attractions and an easy 30-minute drive to Auburn! This beauty is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! This is our least expensive home as it is a few more steps to the sandy beach and the lake, but offers the same great amenities and incredible views of the lake from the living room and front porch. Enjoy a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, the dining room with custom-built farm table and large island for gathering and conversing, comfortable living room with 75-inch big screen and smart TV’s in each bedroom. The primary bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with soaking tub and beautifully tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds. Walk out the door and enjoy your back porch area with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Or, enjoy a cool beverage and watch the incredible sunsets. Relax lakeside on the sandy beach, in boat house or on the covered deck absorbing the gorgeous views. Great swimming, floating and fishing! We stayed at the resort for a week. one of the best vacations we have had in 20 years. Everything was just as advertised. the house was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed. We used the beach area and thoroughly enjoyed evenings at the pavilion. I wanted to play golf and we were 5 miles from the golf course. the facility is conveniently located to the grocery store for the last-minute items. I would not change anything about out stay. The best part of our weeks was meeting the Owners/Property managers Marian and Brad. You could not ask for a better host. They checked on us every day to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Both of them treated us as if we were family. I never felt like they were going out of their way to accommodate us, they were just dam friendly, good people respectful of our privacy. you could tell they were just them being themselves. The property was as described on the site. The owners were fast when we needed assistance. The cleaning services are contracted out and definitely could have been better. It may be better suited for a family that rents all the properties and stays together. A bit awkward, like your in someone else's backyard when it comes to the availability of the water.
