Lake Martin Treasure
We stayed at this house for our family lake trip and have absolutely no complaints! Only praises! Having 5 bedrooms is perfect, along with 5 bathrooms! Plenty of room and privacy! The house was very clean when we arrived! The outside living spaces are absolutely perfect and this house has lots of outdoor furniture! Kids and grandkids enjoyed having the paddle boards. The kitchen is very well stocked and having two full size refrigerators was so nice! The view from this house is just beautiful! And the neighbors we met were really nice! We are hoping to be able to rent this house next year! For 9 people it fit us so well! We love Lake Martin and have rented there several times but this house was by far the best rental so far. And Scott was always fast to respond to questions. Just an amazing experience!

Excellent Stay
This is a wonderful lake house! Spacious and such a great layout with the decks, docks, and patios. Lots of places for a larger group to hang out, as well as multiple rooms and beds. Everything was great!!

Great Lake House
This lake house has charm! Enjoyed beautiful view of Lake Martin from the spacious decks with lots of comfortable seating. Was able to bring our pets. House was clean and plenty of room for our family with 5 teens and 4 adults. Enjoyed pool table, paddle boards and fishing. Host communicated well. The outdoor grill doesn’t work well, but host let me know. There was another grill we used. Overall, I recommend this property and would use again.

AMAZING!!!
Had to book house last minute due to Hurricane Ida and the owner was amazing to work with. It is an amazing house on an amazing lake with an amazing owner. We had ZERO issues once we arrived and I highly recommend to anyone interested in a quiet retreat.

Fabulous!!
We have stayed at many homes on lakes for our family vacations. This is the best. Excellent, flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements, 5 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (2 fridges), pleasant decor. But all of this is insignificant when compared to the covered, cushy back porch overlooking the lake. When we were not actually on or in the lake, we were on this porch. Very clean house, very accommodating manager. Great lake views, along with the safety of being in a cove, and a very nice neighborhood for walks and runs. We hope to return next year.

Thanksgiving Trip
The home is beautiful, the amenities perfect, the location...amazing! If any complaint it would be that the house under construction next to the property had workers on site all day on Thanksgiving and into the late afternoon. Seems that would be a violation of a local ordinance to be doing construction on a holiday. otherwise wonderful three days.

Great location but less than expected property
The house was listed with multiple amenities that either were not working or were not available. The house had dust and cobb webs both inside and out with some significant safety issues, including a pair of bunk beds directly in the path of a ceiling fan, no smoke detectors, and no available lighting in many areas due to burned out bulbs or no electrical access. There were no paddle boards as advertised and the gas grill was non functional. The "fire pit" was full of long branches and leaves and would have clearly been a fire hazard had it been used. Items of outdoor furniture had dry rot and were not useable. The property description mentioned the number the house would sleep based on the use of inflatable mattresses that did not hold air. In summary for the price of the stay and the VRBO description, the property was disappointing. I would not stay here again and likely will not use VRBO if they so poorly substantiate property claims.

Frank, I hate that property didn't live up to your expectations. We take pride in our vacation home and love every minute of spending time there. Yes, the fan in the bunk room is close to the top bunk which is why we say don't use the fan when someone is in the top bunk. As for the other issues, those have been remedied. Great place for a large family vacation.
Easily accommodated 7 adults and 4 children ages 3-7. Plenty of beach towels and water “toys”. Bathrooms clean, beds very comfortable, bunk room great for the kids. Had both a small “zero entry “ beach area (wonderful for little ones) and docks for jumping and diving. Views spectacular. HUGE covered deck. Property needs a little TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay.

The house had a well stocked kitchen which made it possible to cook meals for 16 people! There was plenty of bed space and linens for everyone. Finally, the location was beautiful and provided endless opportunities for outdoor fun!

Wonderful Alabama Getaway
We had a great this at the lake! We had four generations (18 people!) together to celebrate a college graduation from Auburn. We brought out boat and enjoyed the lake, which is clean and absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area was so nice, as well as the docks to jump off of and swim around. The paddle boards were a great plus, too. Scott answered all of our questions and made our stay so pleasant. If you're looking for a beautiful lake getaway and don't mind having "sleepovers" with your family members (lots of sharing rooms if you've got 18 people like we did) then this is the place for you. Highly, highly recommend!

This rental house is an excellent place to enjoy your vacations. It has a lake great view from the top and bottom floors. Direct access to lake and fishing spots! The owners are very nice and always available on the phone to guide you or solve any problem. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues!

Lovin Lake Life was a great place for us to spend a weekend with family!

It was a beautiful home! Great location! Only 10 min car ride to gas station, liquor store, General Dollar Store (food and supplies) a few restaurants and pizza place. Near several marinas and not in busy boat traffic. Totally enjoyed our visit. Sue P

Beautiful Home!
The house was amazing! Lots of high end features in this home. The kitchen was a bit small for a large group but definitely not a deal breaker. There was plenty of room everywhere else for the whole family to enjoy. The upstairs patio was the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the lake. There wasn't a lot of boat traffic around us which was perfect. The kids were able to paddle board, kayak and just swim and hang out with no problems. I messaged Scott and Kim a few times over the week we were there and they were very responsive/helpful/kind/attentive! This place was absolutely perfect!!!

This is the perfect house for large gatherings of family & friends!
We loved our stay in this home! It’s a beautiful and comfortable home with one of the best views of the lake! It’s close to restaurants and to downtown but well equipped if you want to cook..Scott & Kim are very accommodating and easy to reach if you need them! There is plenty of room for kids and adults to have their own spaces if needed. You really can’t go wrong! We made some really great memories here and will definitely be booking this home again!

Perfect for entertaining!
Everyone from grandparents to teenagers enjoyed our experience at this lake house! It has it all! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, and the ice machine was awesome! Everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable is here. Owners are very responsive and accommodating to work with. We stayed here for Auburn’s graduation weekend, and it is an easy 45 minute drive to campus. Looking forward to another visit!
