"Need to improve on kitchen/Dinning services. There was very limited staff and wasn’t able to attend all guests. If you ordered something you need to wait either they forgot or busy to attend other guests"

"Staying there for 3nights for business. The hotel staffs were helpful for arranging the transportation for my destination to different places. The driver that drove me last day to customer’s site, initially we went to wrong address, but he was willing to right place immediately without delay. Overall, the room is spacious for solo, and the food is nice."

"A few complaints from a BonVoy member. The shower and sink would not drain, so I stood in water despite a request to have it addressed. The WiFi never worked, despite my call to the front desk. Nobody called back. My emailed hotel bill contained no details, so I'll need to call back. Breakfast is not served until 11 am as indicated in the room service menu. Room service staff said it was wrong and stopped at 10:15. Ordinarily that would be fine, but I arrived at 4 a.m. from Ahmedabad that morning and scheduled my wake up according to the room service menu. I won't go back."

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay & Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at Regenta Vindhyachal Resort, Ekta Nagar was truly delightful and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfectly suited for families looking to relax while visiting the Statue of Unity region. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and restful environment after a day of sightseeing. A special mention must go to the food and dining experience. Despite being a pure vegetarian resort, the variety, taste, and quality of the dishes were exceptional. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, offering diverse options that satisfied both adults and children alike. We never felt the absence of non-vegetarian options — the culinary experience was that good. We would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Rachna at the restaurant, who was extremely humble, courteous, and always ready to help. Her warm attitude and attentive service added a personal touch to our dining experience and truly reflected the resort’s culture of hospitality. The staff’s attentiveness, courteous service, and genuine hospitality truly set this resort apart. We highly recommend Regenta Vindhyachal Resort to families and travelers visiting Ekta Nagar."
