L'hôtel est très bien situé près des marchés et sur le bord de la rivière. L'hôtel est vieille et à besoin d'être rénové. Le personnels est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais généreux. La salle de bain est repoussante. Il y a qu'un seul petit miroir dans la salle de bain qui est très sombre. Le lit est trop vieux.

It is in the Hoi An Ancient City. It is convenience to visit day and night in the city. Breakfast provided was simple, i.e. fried eggs, scramble eggs or boiled eggs which you can only choose one of it, and the bread is hard as a rock. Hotel turned off its light before 9pm and no staff can help when the lights off. Strange !!!

３泊したがコチラから言わないと足拭きマットも石鹸も変えてくれない。壊れたままの電気スタンド等、最高の立地なのにサービスがよろしくない。本当にもったいないホテル。

これで三回目の利用です。いつも川に面した部屋を利用して快適でしたが、今回は道路側の部屋でした。夜遅くまで壁を隔てた隣の水仕事？の音がうるさく、朝は５時代から市場の準備と車の喧騒がうるさく、眠れませんでした。とるならこちら側の部屋は避けたほうがよい。

Seemed to have gone down hill a bit since last year when we stayed. worse thing was having broken net curtains that could not screen our room from the public balcony right outside our bedroom window. No excuse for sloppy maintenance.

市の中心部にあるローケーションの良いホテル。観光にとても便利。部屋は清潔で特に文句はありません。周辺にはレストランや市場が近いです。

The hotel is right next to the food market and a short walk into the ancient town. Quiet room with a good bathroom.

Hôtel tres bien placé

Hôtel res bien placé, a côté du marché et des la vieille ville de Hoi An. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Nous avons eu une des plus grandes chambres, avec le balcon et vue sur la rivière. Par contre nous ne sommes pas certains que les autres chambres ont une si belle vue ou une fenêtre. Le personnel est gentil. Ce n'est pas du gros luxe, mais la relation qualité-prix est très intéressante.

Not work the price...better hotels are available

Close to the HoiAn City Center Market, however, I had too many issues with my stay. First off, there was no hot water...so for two days I had to take a cold shower twice a day. Second, since the room I assigned had a "sticky" lock, the housekeeping staff decided to simply not clean it and simply place two water bottle by my door.

安かろう悪かろう

シャワーは5分程度しかお湯が出ず水圧も使い物にならないくらい弱い。 セキュリティ面も今ひとつで、部屋にセキュリティボックスはなく、夜になるとフロントは布団を敷いて寝ている。22時くらいにホテルに戻ると部屋の鍵が誰でも勝手に鍵を持っていける状態でフロントに置かれていた。 格安なので文句は言えないが、周辺の同程度の価格のホテルでもう少しましなとこはあると思うし、少なくともexpediaの星3つはおかしいと思う。

Location excellent. Staff inefficient.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and it is worth paying for one of the larger rooms with access (not private) to the river view. The others don't really have windows. Staff are quite inefficient.

Hotel room started to flood during rain. No compensation given Hotel is 10 min walk up hill from main road.
