Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same. Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game. We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back.

Great stay, very clean and well kept property. Very comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Definitely recommned!

We stayed in the main property in a room Facing the pool over Mother’s Day weekend. It was very nice, only a little loud with kids having fun by the pool on the weekends but it was very quiet during the week. We enjoyed the workout facilities that were a short walk to and we did that each morning. The lap pool outside the gym was a great way to cool off and no one was there but us. Our room was great! Very nice place and we will be back!

It was an easy checking, there was an issue w/ water heater, they fixed it right away. It's clean and accessible.
