Bill was very responsive throughout my entire 3 day stay. The entire house was recently renovated, and I can tell not only did they invest a lot of money in the renovation, but they were very thoughtful in all the upgrades they made. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. Whether you make a left or right, you’re only a couple blocks from the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for us as a family of four (1 year-old and a 2 1/2 year-old). Plenty of room for them to play around both outside the house and inside the house, but not big enough for them to get lost and in too much trouble. We stayed with my parents and toddler. There was more than enough space for us all. The house is equipped with everything, absolutely everything and it all seems brand new. The screened in porch was a great comfy place to hang out rain or shine. My toddler was able to walk around the house freely without any concern. The beach was beautiful, a short walk down the street. We loved that all the necessary beach equipment was available at the house (chairs, wagon, toys, umbrella). The location is spot on for wine tours, shopping, breweries, beach days, and much more the North Fork has to offer. The property owners are quick to respond to questions and very kind.
