When booking the pictures made it seem like there was a lot of natural light. Unfortunately our room was very dark. The bathroom was very tiny as well. When stepping into the shower we had to be careful as it dipped down. Otherwise location was perfect. The place did look very nice and it was in a safe location.

I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are small but efficient and the courtyard is great. Staff is awesome and my room has a cute balcony. Quiet street right off the Quarter but construction is happening at the corner and I could hear the trucks at 5am. Would stay again AFTER the roads are done.
