If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 9\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning. 10\. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest\`s stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines: 10.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes. 10.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination. 10.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water\`s chemical balance. 10.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage. 10.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use. Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required. 11\. Follow all check-out procedures: 11.1 Wash dishes, and please put them on the drying rack before leaving. 11.2 Place all towels and wash rags on the bathroom floor. 11.3 Remove all trash from the cabin, including any food and condiments in the refrigerator. Pros:-good location, we loved being within 20ish minutes of wind caves, Custer SP, mt Rushmore & crazy horse. It was the PERFECT location.-kids loved the backyard, all the games (inside & out) & the hot tub. -the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans & utensils needed for delicious meals before & after our adventures. The charcoal grill was also awesome, we had delicious steaks after our long hike day. -loved the washer/dryer for traveling as a family-could walk right into town. We ate/drank at Mt Rushmore brewing co, less than a 5 min walk door to door Cons:-we had issues checking in & were never able to use the front door. Not a huge issue because we could use the garage, but communication was not great with the host. I was told the issue would be resolved & the team was en route after checkin, but we never saw anyone or heard anything more in our 5 days there. Kinda strange. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as Sturgis bike week was just wrapping up & I’m assuming they were coming off a busy week. (Also was informed they don’t change the code between guests, I don’t love that as a mom to young kids…) -this place is more tired looking in person than pictures show. (Cupboards won’t shut, microwave door is almost impossible to open, out door lights don’t work or blink on/off all night)- The floors are very sloped, if you suffer from vertigo, I would suggest not staying here. ##### Erika V.
