The location was perfectly set between Custer and Custer State Park making it very convenient for us to get to everything we wanted to see easily. Loved that although it was a few miles off downtown, it had beautiful views to wake up to! The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We didn't sit outside at night because of our fully-planned days, but the provided chairs and fire pit would have been perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet. Not only that, you can see the Cathedral Spires to the right of the southern hill view as you watch the sunrise and set from the patio with a fire pit available too as you get to watch cattle and horses graze in the foreground. As interior goes, decorated to match the ambience of the area, with privacy and an open bathroom with a full kitchen, dining, and living space to provide that homey feel. The owners are wonderful, it’s a beautiful house and piece of property. If you like dark skies, then this is also an ideal spot.
