Despite booking a room for March 26, the property claimed it was booked for March 27\. This discrepancy led to a double booking situation, forcing us to find alternative accommodations at our own expense, including taxi fares and a last-minute hotel room. This unacceptable situation requires immediate attention and resolution, including compensation for incurred expenses.
