The location was perfect—just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas and close to everything you might need. The view from our place was absolutely beautiful and made the climb up worth it. Just a heads-up: you will need to walk up a good number of steps to get there, so plan accordingly, especially if you’re adjusting to the altitude.Despite the cooler temperatures in Cusco this time of year, the room stayed cozy and warm, which we really appreciated. The property consists of a number of individual rooms surrounding an enclosed courtyard. We had 2 rooms, and each room consisted of three beds and a bathroom (all private of course with locked doors). There is no kitchen, but we didn’t need one. Bathrooms were well stocked and showers had decent hot water thanks to an electric shower head. Good wi-fi throughout. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and our host was very communicative and accommodating. Location was great- you can see the Place d’armes from the front of the building, and it’s a short 5-minute walk to get there. We didn’t find this gem until the end of our stay in Cusco.
