APARTMENT DESCRIPTION Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor are shared spaces available to guests.
- The Ausangate 401 apartment offers an open-plan space with a small, well-equipped kitchen and a panoramic living room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with premium mattresses.
- In the panoramic living room, you can relax on our sofas while enjoying a truly special view! Furnished with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV.
- The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a four-burner stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and various utensils. No oven. Furnished with a bar table for three (no traditional table).
- There are two bedrooms, one double (135 x 190 cm) and one single, furnished with spacious closets. The bed linens provided are 100% cotton. The single room also features a small desk for those who need to combine work and vacation!
- The well-ventilated bathroom features a spacious shower with 24/7 hot water from a gas boiler. We provide cotton towels.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so: --- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%). --- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.
3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
