First year rental of the 35 m2 Gîte in a small, quiet village, ideal for a pleasant holiday for a couple with 1 or 2 children.
A fully equipped kitchen with living room where there is a sofa bed. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a washing machine in the basement, a terrace with garden furniture, private parking.
At 6 km, all shops, canoe swimming in the Tarn, swimming pool, park for children.
35 km Albi, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. 70 km away, Millau viaduct.
Very touristic region, with many walking paths. In season, every Weekend, festivals in the surrounding villages with local meals, country markets

Dans un cadre arboré et verdoyant, pour arriver a destination, nous nous sommes effacés de tous nos soucis du quotidien, avant de prendre possession du gite. Celui-ci reste accueillant et chaleureux et équipé aussi bien pour un sejour estival qu'hivernal... L'accueil de nos hôtes commence avec un aperitif de bienvenue pour un échange sur les visites touristiques des alentours avec a la clé un recueil sur les marchés et manisfestations du coin. Je vous invite a y séjourner pour la détente et les visites touristiques. Merci a MD et MR Espinasse pour cette évasion rurale...

Un accueil chaleureux auprès de propriétaires sympas, à l'écoute, très conviviaux et forts de conseils géographiques pour visiter la région...La maison est propre, confortable, il ne manque rien.Le parking privé offre une sécurité supplémentaire ...tout ceci bien fleuri et agréable à regarder au milieu du hameau . très bien

très bon rapport qualité prix. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée (les moustiquaires sont très appréciables). Il faut aimer être à la campagne car le lieu-dit est assez reculé quand on n'a pas l'habitude des petites routes de petite montagne, mais le grand calme nous a beaucoup plu. Un seul regret qui n'est pas du fait des propriétaires : les lampadaires allumés toute la nuit qui empêchent d'admirer les étoiles (surtout celui qui est devant la fenêtre de la chambre, qui n'est pas impactant si le volet est fermé). Côté cour, dommage les gravillons, une entrée de verdure avec un ou deux arbres seraient plus agréables, peut-être pour les années à venir ?

Un agréable séjour

Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Ils nous ont conseillé des endroits à visiter dans le Tarn et l'Aveyron. Le village est petit donc pas de nuisances c'est très calme et reposant. Cependant Il vous faudra une voiture pour vous déplacer c'est le seul petit inconvénient. Autrement le village est très bien situé pour visiter dans un rayon de 50km. Je vous conseille ce havre de paix. 👍 Maurice et Sibylle.
