Water hot - always important for me! Nice set up and a really great upstairs outdoor setting - able to sit, chat and enjoy the view - trees, a nice green backyard and a sea view towards Culburra beach. Front of house protected by banksias in front garden. As we had a reunion, really only at house for sleeping and breakfast. Close to a number of walks, (easy 10 minute walk down to beach), kangaroos close by and beautiful starry nights. A selection of books, games and DVD's.
