Water hot - always important for me! Nice set up and a really great upstairs outdoor setting - able to sit, chat and enjoy the view - trees, a nice green backyard and a sea view towards Culburra beach. Front of house protected by banksias in front garden. As we had a reunion, really only at house for sleeping and breakfast. Close to a number of walks, (easy 10 minute walk down to beach), kangaroos close by and beautiful starry nights. A selection of books, games and DVD's. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, and even though the house didnt have aircon (per description) it got a great through breeze. Loved the smart lock and not having to worry about a key. Be conscious of the spiral internal staircase with young kids. We used the clothes rack to bungee shut the opening for safety and used primarily the outdoor staircase.
