"Location is great, staff is excellent, polite and helpful. The room was very outdated, furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The sofa had holes on it, the desk was warped and peeling, no dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette - which I was told that “the rooms ending in certain numbers don’t have them” (??). You could tell mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets and towels provided were also super old and tired and some of the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was tasty with a lot...

"The hotel is well located and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was really good and most of the staff are very kind. Too bad the air conditioning would not work properly and the toilets needed a little more care. The water wouldn't drain easily in the shower cubicle and wash basin."

"Ótima localização. Café da manhã bom mais limitado, com poucas opções e não tem omelete. Quarto possui barulho aceitável até a meia noite (bar ao lado do hotel), o grande problema é o chuveiro elétrico, não exatamente por ser elétrico mais por sair muito pouca água e por ter apenas 3 temperaturas, tinha que escolher entre passar frio e se queimar. E mesmo totalmente aberto não aumentava o valume de água. O destaque é o bom atendimento da recepção."
