My stay at this resort saved my trip. I booked at this property last minute after a terrible one-night stay at another property and it was the best decision. Being welcomed to a beautiful big lobby with views of the marina and a dedicated Expedia check-in line was very special. I was greeted by Josephine (Concierge) and Marcel (Property Manager) who went above and beyond to make my check in process smooth and quick. Josephine truly embodies customer service by her thoughtfulness. She went out of her way to assist with getting me a car rental and even asked how I was doing when I ran into her at the carnival village. Marcel made it a point to say goodbye during my checkout and enquire about my stay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and really pleasant. This is a well operated property and I look forward to returning. My thanks to everyone for contributing to an amazing first visit to the island. My only recommendation for the rooms would be to add a full length mirror. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained.

We loved our stay at Princess Heights. The room was beautiful with amazing views and the pool was amazing and never too busy. Only drawback is proximity to sights if you do not have a car, we hired a taxi which worked out well. Would be helpful if there was a cafe on site with some convenience items.

The breakfast was delicious, all staff very friendly and helpful. We loved being on the beach and have proximity to excellent restaurants.

Best pool ever! I thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool. Poolside staff were helpful and friendly (Martin and Christina are great bartenders). The food at Salt was excellent. We almost didn't want to venture out and explore other dining options 👌 Will return.
