"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for two families. The views were spectacular and the home had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. Amazing location, we walked to the jetty, pub, beach, playground and dawn service. The weather gods turned it on! We had a lovely stay."

"Property was found to be unclean and poorly maintained. There was not even a functioning toilet brush. The cutlery tray was dirty, and there were spider webs throughout the property, particularly around the BBQ area. The sliding door, fly screen, and rails were unclean, and the fly screen itself was rusted. Window treatments were poorly kept, creating a tripping hazard. The bulky beds left very limited space to move around the bedroom. None of the remote controls appeared to work, and we had to download a remote app on our phones to operate the TV. These issues are just some of the concerns identified."

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fabulous however, the aircon kept turning off which made the room my infant was staying to become hot overnight which was a concern as he isn't able to regulate his temperature yet. We managed to work around this by continuously turning it on during the night but it was frustrating. The house was clean but every now and then I would find balls of black curly hair from a previous guest.Also, one of the bean bags has a hole in it so little bean bag balls kept coming out."

"Location location location, perfect. Beach access very close by. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. Pets are welcome. We took our small dog who is used to being inside so we covered the couch with quilt covers. Everything provided and owner very welcoming. No complaints"

"Beautiful view and lovely little house in a quiet peaceful spot close to beach, boat ramp and 5 min drive to township. The double bed was fine for 3 nights but I would not have wanted to sleep on it anymore nights as our backs were getting sore. Overall would reccomend this property."
