Even though our Wotif booking was made 3mnths in advance and paid for, the Motel had never received the booking or the funds. Being a rural and isolated town, the motel owners went above and beyond and arranged for us to stay in a nearby house at no charge. Such amazing service.

Coffee cups not clean, one of the units had no light bulbs in the beside lamps, aircons not clean smelt terrible, bbq not clean and disgusting. Water bottle in fridge 1/2 full, one towel rail broken in the bathroom.
