Cuneta Astrodome

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

Excellent !!! From relaxing rooms, delicious food, and helpfull staff.

The breakfast was terrible. Make sure you check and see if the hotel is hosting sn event. If it is, your breakfast will be cold, unstaffed and hosted in a conference room. But you still get to enjoy full price embedded in your room charge.
