"The staff was fantastic and the free shuttle to the Braves Stadium was a major hit with our group. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of flavour. Thankfully we had vouchers for breakfast because I couldn’t imagine paying $21 a person. On day two of our stay the air-conditioning was off for most of the day and didn’t start working until around midnight. Overall, we will stay here again, just maybe go to Starbucks across the street for breakfast next time."

"We got in late. Only one elevator kind of working. The hotel was fine but the other clientele (which the hotel has no control over) were noisy and made the lobby space uncomfortable. The room was fine for a night - appreciated the Murphy bed and French doors to create private spaces. Location is fine but the hotel is a bit well-worn, needs work on the bathroom doors and closets. Microwave wasn’t clean. I’m not sure where the super high rating comes from. It’s like a 7.5 to me. I would probably try something else next time. Also it has its own lot, but you have to pay $10 to park??"

"Front desk staff was varying. Katherine is your girl if you need help. Even when they were swamped, she was personable, extremely knowledgeable about the property, willing to go above and beyond and always with a smile. Restaurant downstairs had great food, but operates as cashless. We had credit card fraud while traveling and when we tried to pay in cash we’re looked at like we were crazy, and strangely enough it took staff 20 minutes to suggest charging the meal to the room after sending us up to the front desk to try to pay cash. This is a very large hotel so when events let out at the conference center be prepared to wait a long time to go up back upstairs to your room. When asked about stairs available, we had to request security to unlock them. Overall the rooms were nicely updated, clean and the housekeeping staff efficient and pleasant. Great place to stay if you want to be on the outside perimeter of the city and close to shopping and restaurants at the Perimeter Mall."
