Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!

Kitchen was out of commission (no working cooking appliances) so had to dine off premises. No one was at the Valet parking counter so we needed to park next door at Westlake mall.

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Dirty, staff unresponsive. I had to unplug the refrigerator in the room it was loud. Security was on site, and police circles regularly, so shady doesn't even sum up. Do not stay here."
