It was clean. We were very disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work. Called Railey twice but it was not able to get to temperature until the morning we left. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. Wanted to use the hot tub after skiing. Railey who rents the property even though you go through VRBO said they wouid refund us but didn’t say how much and we have not seen anything. The kitchen could use some updating with pots and pans. Also, expensive rental with the most restrictive policies on no cancelations allowed. Could not get a late check out despite winter storm. This was not our favorite rental property and will not book again. Location for skiing is great though. ##### Jennifer C. There are 10 steps down from the parking area, which is a big issue if it is icy. The location on the lake was convenient for kayaking and stopping while on the boat. We also enjoyed the 3 level town home (and dryer) and the extra room for a family of 5\. Location is great. House and hot tub were clean. Its hard to access the water and launch Kayaks because of the stairs. Parking is confusing. If you can have 10 people staying there you should get more than two parking spots. Wisp allowed parking for no charge and we shuttled over. Bring your own blankets. They don't have many extras.
