My room was located on the third floor. The elevator was “out of service”. I was extremely disappointed to have to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs. After reviewing online comments from previous travelers, the elevator has been down for over six months.

Exactly as described. Very clean three bedroom home. Nicely stocked kitchen with supplies. We only stayed one night but three adults plus two kids were comfortable in the evening then relaxed morning. Great check in and out times.
