Phoenix B&B is a lovely little place to stay in Derry! The rooms are decently sized and cutely decorated. We loved how homey it felt. The owners kept us informed and answered any questions we had promptly via message which was much appreciated! Shower was hot and there was even a kitchen downstairs, which is quite convenient

"Our room was lovely and just what we needed. The staff was helpful. The only drawback was that they were doing construction and the parking was not right at the hotel. We had to go around the back and up some stairs to park in an adjacent lot which wasn’t very convenient when it came to our luggage. ..."
