Newly Renovated!!! This home is located on Simpson Creek at Smith Lake. It’s only 7 minutes from I65 exit 304 and is on a very quiet dead end road. Completely shaded by trees, very large covered patio facing the water. Water front is gradual and has no deep drop off. The home features 4 bedrooms with Queen beds. 2 of the bedrooms feature attached smaller rooms with 3 twin beds and a full sized bed. Perfect for families with small children. For a total of SIX BEDROOMS. There is also a detached building that houses a game room with a sofa. Great place for kids to hang out. The entire property and home is decorated and furnished with families in mind. \*\*\*Please inquire about additional weekly and monthly/multi-month discounts during Fall and Winter off season dates.
