L'appartement est agréable à l'automne (mais je pense chaud l'été) et les équipements de la résidence de bonne qualité, on bénéficie aussi de la tranquillité du quartier du Ràco et bien sûr de la vue. Je pense qu'il faudrait revoir dans l'appartement : . La chasse d'eau des wc qui fuit (on fermait le robinet), . Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bains qui fuit, .
