#### Idéalement situé mais vetuste

Le studio est idéalement situé mais le mobilier laisse à désirer. Boutons de levier de la cuisine et de la douche cassés. Canapé pour dormir où il manque des lattes. Chaises sur la terrasse toutes cassées. Climatisation dont le tuyau evacue directement sur la terasse. Table de salon abîmée. Pas d'etendoir pour étendre le linge. Matériel pour faire a manger désuet. Mais la residence le florazar reste un endroit où il fait bon vivre.

El apartamento está viejo. La cama es un sofá cama muy incomodo, blando y hundido. mido 1,90 m y no entraba en la cama. La limpieza se puede mejorar. Tuvimos que desatrancar el lavabo y la bañera, no corría el agua, estaba lleno de pelos. Creo que se limpia superficialmente, ejemplo, debajo del sofá había una pelota y una cuchara. Los armarios no estaban limpios No hay cubo de basura El aire acondicionado tira el agua directamente a la terraza ...... Varias cosillas que hacen empeorar la opinión. Jesús Hernández
