It is located on the first line of San Antonio de Cullera Beach, in the emblematic Espacio building. With capacity for 4 people, this accommodation is perfect for couples or families looking for relaxation, comfort and an unbeatable location next to the sea and right on the Cullera promenade. What makes this apartment really special is its great outdoor area. The building has a large communal pool and a children's pool, ideal for cooling off on summer days. Next to the pool, you will find an exclusive beach bar for neighbors, where you can eat or drink without leaving the premises and at very affordable prices. In addition, the apartment has a private parking space on the ground floor of the building, which guarantees peace and comfort during your stay. Inside, the apartment offers a master bedroom and a living-dining room equipped with a sofa bed with Italian system, comfortable and easy to open. The space also has a TV and table and chairs both in the dining room and on the large terrace, from where you can contemplate breathtaking views of the sea and Cullera Bay. For greater comfort, all rooms have fans, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating.
