For the price I would have expected something in much better shape. It was filthy inside and out. This house is also dangerous, there is an electric outlet inside the shower, and the electrical wire for the showerhead heater was wrapped with electrical tape. I wish I could show with photos but didn't see a way to upload them. The window ac unit in one of the bedrooms kept shutting down so we had no ac because it would not stay on for longer that 30 minutes. It was also plugged in to a power strip like those used in a computer which kept tripping. The stove was really nasty and all rusty and greasy and I think there was no gas because we could not get it to work. Overall I have stayed at $39 dollars a night motels that had cleaner and neater rooms than this place. I wish I had looked better. I can't believe this is listed in VRBO as a premier host. The location has so much potential but the rental needs to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. ##### Nelson P.
