There is also a great cafe, Fishwicks, just a couple of minutes walk away. Majority of the house was clean, with adequate towels/linen/pantry basics but some stains on the couch from previous guests was not pleasant. The neighbours on one side were incredibly loud until 2-3am both nights of our stay and the neighbour on the other side spent about 2 hours leaf blowing next to the window the other night. This is not under the control of the property but if we knew it wasn’t such a quiet place we wouldn’t have stayed. ##### Zoe M. Sunbaker was super comfortable, beautifully clean, very thoughtfully appointed with entertainment for all ages (card/board games, cricket, boogie boards). Lovely big fenced backyard for our dog to run around in, a short walk to beautiful dog friendly beach which we all enjoyed immensely. The cottage is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Being a cottage, the interior living space is on the smaller side, but the big pergola and deck/veranda at the back of the property make up for that. ##### Bernadette B. We had four adults staying in early January - the location of Sunbaker is excellent, as it's a very short stroll to the beach. Shops are just down the road (hint: the Woolworths supermarket is on the street BEHIND the line of shops you see as you drive into Culburra Beach). The house itself isn't huge, but if you're there to chill on the beach or do sight-seeing in the local area, it's not a problem. The outdoor patio area is very enjoyable, while the backyard provided plenty of playing space for our dog. There're fans in every bedroom, plus a split-system aircon unit in the lounge/kitchen area. Walking distance to dog beach! The home was lovely. Compact. Had EVERYTHING you need and more! Booking/check in/info was easy and informative. Internet didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for us and the owners were onto it. Neighbours (holiday goers) next door were loud, and it echoed into our place. It was only for 1 night, and a Saturday night at that, so it’s expected and good to hear others laughing and having fun. Just a shame we wanted to sleep 😁 Maybe some sound proofing (hedging etc) btw properties might help for future. All in all, a great little house, lovely and clean and easy to book. It is located super close to the beach, which was great for us with our young kids. The cottage is small but comfy, with everything you need for a great stay. We especially liked having the Breville espresso machine and Weber Q. The backyard is well kept and the perfect place for some small kid level backyard cricket. Our only small issues were that the aircon is not particularly powerful and only really services the living area of the house. However, the sea breeze really helps to cool down the back bedrooms and it was only a bit hot in the kids' room, which doesn't get as much flow through air. Also, and this is no reflection on the house or its management, the neighbours were a bit loud, especially when we had all the windows open to cool the bedrooms in the evenings. All in all, we had a great stay and would love to holiday there again. ##### Leah R.
