The open plan living, dining and kitchen area leads out to a spacious back deck with an alfresco dining area and gas BBQ. At the foot of the deck is an outdoor spa. The entire back of the house offers the most incredible view of Lake Wollumboola, making this the perfect place to enjoy entertaining outdoor meals or unwind with a drink in the afternoon. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The team got on to it quickly and the house was cleaned and fresh linen provided as described by the advertisement. They offered a monetary contribution toward a meal that we were unable to have as fragile family member unable to eat out.
