Situated in one of the most magnificent locations within Culburra Beach, Neptune is an absolute beachfront pet-friendly property with spectacular ocean and beach views. Only a one minute walk down a set of steps in the back garden and you’ll be sinking your toes into the golden sands of beautiful Warrain Beach (or if you prefer you can visit stunning Culburra Beach, a five-minute walk away). What’s more, you are only a 10 min drive to the world famous white sands of Jervis Bay. There you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies whilst your four-legged friend runs for kilometres and the kids splash in the waves. In winter you can sip a glass of red and snuggle up around the combustion fire in the living room. When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. With two separate TV rooms, both adults and kids will be happy. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy the big screen TV in the living room. Or instead, head off to the huge games room where you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. If some tunes outside are more your style there's a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker that you can take anywhere in the house. Whilst the kids and the dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the wifi whilst cooling off under the air conditioning. Outside the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast. When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 5 bedrooms with mattresses as soft as clouds, warm showers and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Upstairs you'll find a master suite with amazing views of the ocean. You can even take a spa bath whilst taking in the ocean views! For more than 14 guests there is a double sofa bed in the TV room which can be closed off for total privacy. Before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast in the good size kitchen. For caffeine addicts, there is the bonus of a Sunbeam Coffee machine with complimentary ground coffee. Holidays are precious and memories are forever. Important Information: \- This is not a luxury property. \- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top) \- Bedroom 5 is only accessible via the master bedroom suite so is ideal for a couple with two children. \- The steps to access the beach are steep - young children and the elderly should be supervised. Please use at own risk. \- Whilst the property is pet-friendly there is no fencing on the beach side. All other sides are fenced and there are secure courtyards for dogs at the front and side of the house. \- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. \- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. The big play room with a ping pong table and pool table was a big hit as was the dining room table which allowed us to seat all 13 comfortably. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. A downside was the BBQ which we need for every meal was in poor condition. Fortunately, Debbie, the extremely helpful staff person lent us her own BBQ and it worked great. Should not have been advertised as a possible bedroom (or improve the fold out!) Agent was incredibly helpful!! We had a minor issue and they came by and happily addressed it within 20 minutes- amazing! Gorgeous location, lots of amenities, incredibly well sorted for a group family holiday. We all loved it! Just let down by lack of cleanines My family had a great time, convenient location and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids and adults loved the games room so given we couldn't swim, this was a massive bonus. Stunning views of the ocean and sunrises from the backyard! Simply breathtaking! The rooms were all huge, the beds comfy but overall the experience was dampened by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. There was a broken door, broken blinds, dirty walls and windows so the views of the ocean from inside were unfortunately not as clear and spectacular as they could have been. ##### Thi N. Amazing property with great views, and amazing location. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t very clean - considering there is a $300+ “Cleaning Fee”. Cobwebs, Dirt everywhere, Fireplace was not cleaned, the glass windows that look out to the sea were ridiculously dirty - ruined the view from inside. Also, you can’t access the beach from the stairs as it is blocked off by rocks which have built up - very dangerous to go over, you have to drive/walk around the street to the public entrance. The house however is not well maintained and its dirty, and considering you pay a substantial cleaning fee on top of the rate it should be clean! Netflix, play station and Foxtel all weren’t working in the tv room, and the BBQs are dirty and rusty old things that we didn’t want to use. We also didn’t get enough towels for the number of guests we had, and after requesting more were told that there weren’t anymore and we would have to wash and dry the ones in the laundry from the last guests. Also weren’t left much toilet paper and had to request more. Great house for a large group of people with lots of space, but need to update it and offer better maintenance, cleanliness and customer service ##### Jen W.
