At checkout, she belittled us when we asked for a company receipt and even accused us of lying about owning a Canadian company. Our company is fully registered and provides support to cancer patients worldwide. Instead of handling the request professionally, she delayed for over 30 minutes to produce a simple hotel receipt, despite having our passports on file since check-in. Her behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and completely out of place in an establishment of this caliber. As a Romanian, I was ashamed by the impression this created for my family and horrified that guests could be treated this way. We had been planning to return with friends to enjoy the golf, but after this experience, we are reconsidering.
