(1,007 reviews) We stayed in room 1401.......there were four major problems for me. 1\. The king bed is too large for the space....there is very little space on the sides to access the bed from the side. 2\. The bathroom door does not close properly and water leaks onto the toilet floor whenever I showered. 3\. The Air conditioner / Heater makes a very loud sound every time it cycles on and continues to be loud till it cycles off. 4\. The room was too dark, it needs more lighting, expecially in the area of the TV center.
