"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln ..."

"Conveniently situated very close to the railway station & yet very quiet. In the old town so all sights easily walkable. Free bus/tram pass but we didn’t use this. Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Great restaurant recommendations. Would certainly use this hotel again."

"Lo repetiría siempre que viaje a Suiza y no solamente a Berna, ya que conocí interlaken desde Berna a través del tren súper cómodo y eficiente. Recomiendo también el Swiss travel pass. Dejé este apartamento para hacer dos días en hotel de spiez y me arrepeiento."
