The private 35-foot boat slip offers easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys and the home comes with kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. This home accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms (a King and a Queen) and a queen-sized sleep sofa. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located near open water, so it’s a great place for a swim. There are some wonderful nearby places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. We didn't bring a boat so just sitting and having coffee every morning and night was awesome!! We did see several roaches in the kitchen but even in our own house of Florida we know all about them. The only part was we were getting ready to leave and packing our vehicle we left our four fishing rods right next to our vehicle and they were stolen. They really hurt us because 2 of them were custom and had names on them. Not sure who took them but we were very upset it had my name and my husbands name on each. This house worked out so great for our week in the keys especially since we towed our boat down with us from MS. Our property manager Laura was so kind and helpful and even left some nice treats, such as Key lime cookies that are amazing, for us to enjoy! This resort area worked out so great and convenient with our boat. Our two 13 year old boys enjoyed the pool area and fishing and swimming right behind the house.! Would definitely stay again! This was the perfect little cottage for our spring break getaway. Given the current environment we wanted some place where we can have our “own space“ but also have access to other amenities like a pool. Our guest coordinator, Laura, was amazing and always very responsive! They even came out immediately to help us adjust our hot water heater. Everything was very clean and you can tell are the towels and furniture are very well-maintained and like new! I would definitely recommend this place. Even our 10-month-old Chiweenie absolutely loved it. The second bedroom was a perfect size for two young girls and even though the overall space is a little small it was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for.
