  • This property has 2 beds 2 baths and sleeps 6 with all updated appliances and furniture. There are kayaks and carts for the kayaks Bikes, BBQ Grill, ice machine on the property for your use . The home is on stilts with covered porch and sitting area with Table for relaxing and taking in the view. On Venture Out property, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, ocean access with a ramp at the marina with fuel, and tackle for your fishing needs. There is also a convience store for food and drink.
    THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE GATE WILL CHARGE $125.00 DOLLARS FOR THE GROUP NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS! THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. IT is charged and collected solely by VENTURE OUT RESORT. That is a separate fee from the home and will be collected at the gate when you arrive. A parking permit will be given to you at the gate while you are renting the house only one car is permitted under the home. A nightly storage fee is collected by venture out for Boat/ trailer extra Vehicles storage on-site, Overflow parking lot.

Fantastic base to explore the Keys

Our family of 4 had a great time at this property, The house was clean and well equipped. The pool was closed during our stay, but we enjoyed the tennis courts, rec center, and bikes.The location was peaceful and centrally located to explore Key West and the Middle Keys. We would stay here again!

Do not hesitant to book this house

This is a great house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything. Plus there are bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs available. We even got a key lime pie! Enjoyed it so much we will be back next year.

Exactly what we wanted for a Florida Keys vacation

We truly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this rental. The pool on site was super clean and warm. Our granddaughter loved it! We especially enjoyed riding their bikes around the neighborhood. We met many nice neighbors who gave us great tips on beaches, restaurants and other things to do in the area. Highly recommend this as the perfect Keys getaway!

Cudjie Key House

We loved this little house in Venture Out Resort. It was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee, salt and pepper. The store on property was convenient. We used the bicycles to explore the property and ride to the pool. The location was convenient to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. We would definitely stay again.
