The mattresses are VERY firm. I slept on the rollout sofa and my wife slept in the bed because i cant sleep on a hard mattress . Have stayed there several times and if you want s softer mattress this in not the place. May not stay there anymore but the Holiday Inn was also very hard. Maybe its a Guatemala City thing

"El lugar muy bonito, las cabañas bonitas y limpias pero pase la noche sin agua y eso opacó mi estancia . Me solucionaron hasta las 6 am y si complicó mi estadía. Afortunadamente la persona que manejaba el carro que nos llevó a la habitación nos ayudó con eso"
