"Loved everything about this hotel. Location was perfect. We booked a suite and it was lovely and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children with amazing views. We enjoyed the complimentary wine in the afternoon and as we stayed during valentines/galentines, the children loved the complimentary treats in the lobby. Would love to return"

"We cruise out of Miami often and this will now be our new "night before" hotel. It was comfortable, the staff was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The bartender was great, he made amazing drinks and gave us suggestions for dining locations in a walkable distance. We have another cruise booked in the fall and already have this hotel reserved again for the night before."

"Excellent staff at this Hotel, they really went above and beyond. The noise is quite bad on the weekends from the nearby road, with cars racing up and down. Not really the fault of the hotel, but something to note. The rooms are on the older side now, as i believe they are decommissioning this hotel soon and opening a new location on Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again just for the staff who went above and beyond, and will consider hyatt for all my future trips. Thanks!"

"This was a little oasis downtown. It was a perfect location for our visit and we would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and just what we needed. The River House that was attached to the hotel was fun and lively. Our bartender, Manny, was great."
