We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. Very willing to solve some problems(9euro for 3 breakfest was realy for 1 breakfest, they offered 2 free of charge by theyr hospitality). Price for patio with kitchen and balcony great. Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc.
