"Room 103 which is for Handicapped people was not very clean. It was real dirty in bathroom. They did not clean walls so you can see where everyone touched. Kitchen area someone cooked something and it splattered all over the cabinets and it was not cleaned up. Fridge handle had so much gunk on it. I wiped down everything except for the areas above I mentioned. I took pictures and showed the desk. Even though they were very apologetic I was mad because in was a handicap room and I know they wouldn’t be able to clean it. The bed was comfortable and clean."

"Immediately left after checking in. The floors were covered in stains and the room smelled like vomit. There was also a strong smell of marijuana and urine in the parking lot. Would rate 0 stars if possible. "

"This was not a good experience. They gave us a dirty room where the beds had been remade after someone without washing and there was food on the floor. We had to request a new room which was better but still not great. The front staff was helpful and pleasant but I would not stay here again."

"Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was littered with shipping containers, and a couple of guests took up two parking spaces. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was unable to locate the owners of the vehicle because they do not log guest vehicle tags when they assign room numbers. Aside from the minor issues, our stay was comfortable, the property was quiet, and the breakfast was great. We would certainly stay there again."

"Very basic hotel with bare bones furnishings in the room, NO BREAKFAST or even coffee in the morning. Room was clean, towels were old. Bring your own shampoo!"
