The only concern we had was the booking process sent us the wrong property information, which in turn led to wrong codes to get in and Wi-Fi codes. It is very quiet and private. Threre is a boat ramp which works well for a kayak and even for a small boat. The canal provides a quick access to the Homosassa River. The area is vast and I would recommend a GPS when venturing out into the bckcountry. There are many beautiful areas to explore and many of the native species to see including manatees, dolphins, ospreys, eagles, annhingas, herons, ibises and other bird species. The tides are tricky and it would be best to get information regarding tides from the local outfitters. The rental space is comfortible and has new and functional appliances. There is a supermarket about four miles away and several small stores nearby. ##### Edward E.
