Direct Gulf access with no bridges - stunning sunsets like no where else.   
  
Deep water with floating dock. Very unique Waterfront home which sleeps up to 14 people with breathtaking views of the St. Martin\`s river and Preserve.  
  
Upstairs 360 sunrise and sunset deck with beautiful views from upper deck and porches around the house.  
  
Fish from the dock or watch dolphins and manatees swim by.  
  
Take the kayaks out for a spectacular backwater adventure into the preserves. New furniture updated 03/2025.
