King's Bay Vacation Home

Coastal Charm directly on King's Bay with a view of Banana Island. Manatees, Dolphins & Mullet are frequently spotted from the backyard. The Plantation Resort is right around the corner and there is a boat ramp less than 3 miles away. 4 Kayaks, 8’ x 20’ floating dock; and head dock available for use during your stay (boat lift not available)

The house has been fully remodeled since Hurricane Idalia, with a new & moved AC unit, furniture, roof, flooring, bathroom & kitchen

Master bedroom: King Size bed, tv and a private full bathroom.
Second bedroom Room: Queen size bed, tv, and entrance into the roomy 2nd bathroom.
Third beroom room: Queen size bed, tv, door to the carport and kitchen (Washer & Dryer is in the third bedroom)

Erica’s home was perfect for our visit to Crystal River. Her home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, and had beautiful water view. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Perfect location on Kings BayLovely home with lots of room, beautiful lanai with water views. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the sounds of the birds, the mullets jumping playfully out of the water. Home has everything you need. Soft sheets and towels, large kitchen with all the plates, pots and more than you could use.

Great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean with updated renovations making it a very comfortable stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with beautiful sunrise every morning. Even had a manatee greet me first thing while drinking my coffee watching the sunrise on dock. Will definitely rent again for our next family vacation.

Amazing!!!!

We had such a great time! This house is absolutely beautiful. The location on kings bay was breathtaking. We saw so many manatees right off the dock. We caught so many fish. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We definitely will be visiting again.

Nice house, beautiful location!

The house was as advertised. The location on the bay was beautiful. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was very simple. The ONLY thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was AC. It simply could not keep up with August heat. The temp inside was usually around 80f during the day and wven uncomfortable at night. I do wish that had been communicated earlier/better. However, we still enjoyed our time in Crystal River.

This was a recently renovated property that was super clean, nicely furnished, and attentively cared for. The new coffee maker did not work and they brought a new one that same day! Excellent view of bay Very comfortable beds Nice touches throughout the home. Great communication with the host We will be coming back!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home with great views of the Bay. Short paddles to multiple springs, manatees off the dock, great kayaks. Great place to stay in King's Bay!

We had a great time! The owner was super helpful and communicative. The location of the property and water views are fabulous. The neighborhood is really quiet. We saw manatees right off the dock. We spent a weekend here for a family fishing trip and were very pleasantly surprised by how much this place exceeded our expectations. The home was much larger than we anticipated, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and be comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, making meals easy and enjoyable, and everything throughout the house was absolutely immaculate.The outdoor dock was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee, fishing, and watching the water. We loved seeing people diving nearby to view manatees, and each evening we were treated to mullet jumping at sunset. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly the kind of stay we hoped for.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Crystal River. A wonderful find!
