We had a fire in the fire pit and made s-mores and made good use of the kayaks, life jackets and yard games….all great family fun!! Perfect place to stay if you are coming to swim with the manatees. We brought our small boat and docked it right there at the house. Tina, the host, had 10+++ communication and always responded right away to any questions we had. ##### Jan C. As advertised and well appointed with everything we needed for two families with 2 boats on a scalloping trip. The house is great for a group of kids with lots of entertainment options and sleeping space. Excellent communication from the host Tina as well. For boaters specifically the dock is excellent. We had a 21 and 26 ft center console and had space for a 3rd boat. Water and power at the dock, a boat launch 3 minutes down the road which wasn’t crazy busy even on a holiday weekend. Space to park two trailers. All huge positives for us. The only boating downside as a heads up to consider is there is a long idle to get to the main river. It wasn’t an issue for us because we were going out scalloping all day, but if you wanted to duck out for an hour or two to go grab lunch the idle would really add time to the trip. ##### Kevin F.
